Sewage Treatment Plant

Cedarville, Cumberland County, NJ
This unit is a DM 175 Model with De-Nitrification.

Designed to treat 8,000 GPD of sanitary sewage.
It is currently running at about 20% capacity.

This is a view of the plant from the Influent end to the Effluent end.
This unit is the driven by a 3 HP Motor

View RBC in to out Methanol Feed System Blower and Manifold system

Another view of the Rotordisk system and
the methanol feed system for the anoxic (De-Nite) stage.
You can also see the Blower Motor and Manifold System.
The Anoxic Stage at the Effluent end of this unit and is sealed from ambient air.

 

Here is the another view of the entrance.
Inside following the anoxic stage is the UV disinfection system.

The concrete tankage serves as a primary clarifier.
All the flow is pumped to the primary tank via a 4 inch pipe from the influent wet well,
which is located outside the building.

On our July visit to the plant,
after feeding the plant with molasses and augmenting with Bio Power Powder (live bacteria).
